March Astrology 2026: Trusting What’s Taking Shape

As we journey further into the year, we step into March, a month that typically carries the promise of renewal, the anticipation of spring, and the sense that something new is beginning to stir. Yet this year, March may feel less uplifting and more disorienting. Beneath the surface, we are moving through profound energetic shifts as major outer planets have begun changing signs, signaling the end of long-standing cycles and the clearing of space for things that have not yet begun to take form.

Adding to this sense of uncertainty, we have just emerged from the first Solar Eclipse of the season on February 17th. Eclipses often act as catalysts, opening our awareness and revealing what has been hidden or overlooked. This particular eclipse stirred collective questions around identity, direction, and belonging, themes that have been mirrored in the news, the conversations we’re having, and the realizations unfolding both personally and globally.

Rather than offering immediate clarity, this eclipse initiated a process. It is asking us to sit with what is unresolved, to notice where old narratives are no longer holding, and to acknowledge that the future is definitely not fully visible.

As if to underscore this point, March begins with a powerful Total Lunar Eclipse in Virgo on March 3rd. Lunar eclipses bring culminations, emotional truths, and moments of reckoning, and Virgo’s influence draws our attention to details, patterns, and the ways we seek order and meaning. This eclipse is especially potent, as it stands opposite Mercury, the planet that rules Virgo, while Mercury is in retrograde.

Lunar Eclipses bring your unconscious feelings to the surface. They invite us to look honestly at what we have outgrown and to cleanse emotional patterns that no longer support our well-being. With this eclipse on the South Node of the Moon’s orbit, this further encourages us to let go of what no longer is serving us, releasing unnecessary habits and relationships that have served us well in the past, but are no longer useful.

This alignment suggests that the start of March is less about moving forward decisively and seeing things clearly, and more about reassessing, revisiting, and refining. We may find ourselves questioning everything we once took for granted. Information may feel incomplete or confusing, conversations may require reevaluation or revisiting, and clarity most likely will happen through reflection rather than through getting definitive outside answers. During this time, leaning into simple daily structures or grounding routines can be especially supportive, helping us stay centered as clarity gradually unfolds.

As if the eclipse energy weren’t enough, the tone of the month continues to shift as Mars entered Pisces on March 2nd, followed closely by Venus entering Aries on March 6th.

Mars represents how we move forward, assert ourselves, and pursue what we want. In Pisces, Mars loses some of its bravado. Action becomes less direct and more intuitive and emotionally driven. Rather than pushing ahead with force or assertiveness, Mars in Pisces asks us to take a different approach and move with compassion, sensitivity, and trust. Very unlike Mars’ nature. On a personal level, motivation may ebb and flow, and we may feel less inclined to act decisively. Action is still possible here, but it works best when it comes from a place of inner knowing rather than pressure.

Just a few days later, Venus moves into Aries, and the energy shifts again. With Venus now moving through Aries, a sign ruled by Mars, while Mars itself is drifting through Pisces, there can be a sense that desire and action aren’t quite moving at the same pace. We may feel clear about what we want or who we’re drawn to, yet unsure about how or when to act on it. The heart may feel ready to move forward, while our energy is still asking for space or deeper emotional clarity.

This combination can highlight where we’re feeling pulled to initiate, speak up, or make a change, even as another part of us needs time to feel our way through. It’s a reminder that wanting something doesn’t always mean it’s time to push for it. Sometimes the most supportive choice is to let things unfold in its time, allowing intuition and emotional awareness to guide the next step.

Rather than forcing decisions or outcomes, this period invites us to pay attention to our intuition, our emotional responses, and the subtle cues that tell us when something is aligned. When you are patient about moving forward with what you want, it has a better chance of growing into something that feels both real and sustainable.

On March 7th, the Sun and Mercury form an exact conjunction in Pisces, while Venus and Neptune form an exact conjunction in Aries. Once again, we see an inward focus. You are being asked to notice what’s coming up from within, rather than looking outside yourselves for answers or validation.

When the Sun and Mercury align, there’s often a moment of realization or inner clarity, but in Pisces, that clarity comes through intuition, emotion, and subtle awareness. We may find ourselves becoming more aware of what we’ve been feeling beneath the surface, thoughts we haven’t quite been able to put into words yet, or things that are sensed rather than spoken. This is a powerful time for listening to and trusting your inner voice, and allowing things to unfold naturally rather than forcing it.

At the same time, Venus and Neptune meet in Aries, heightening sensitivity around love, desire, and what we value. This alignment can feel deeply romantic or passionate, idealistic, or even a bit emotionally charged. Don’t be surprised if you find your feelings are more magnified, what you long for more pronounced, and the pull toward what feels meaningful or inspiring stronger than usual. This encourages us to check in with ourselves on a very personal level. Try to become more aware of your needs and your direction. Notice what’s rising into your awareness and allow it to shape how you show up moving forward.

Another big transition happens on March 10th, when Jupiter stations direct in Cancer. Jupiter has been retrograde since November of 2025, and as he begins to move forward again, we may notice opportunities that felt stalled or unclear may slowly start to open up, and a sense of optimism begins to return. This isn’t about sudden breakthroughs or instant expansion, but rather a feeling that things are beginning to move again. Hope grows, rooted in emotional awareness and a deeper understanding of what feels encouraging and right.

Jupiter in Cancer reminds us that growth doesn’t always come from pushing outward. Sometimes it comes from tending to what feels safe, familiar, and emotionally meaningful. As momentum builds over the coming weeks, we may feel more confident trusting our instincts, following what feels supportive, and allowing our sense of direction to unfold naturally. This steadier, more emotionally grounded energy is exactly what we’ll need in the months ahead, gently preparing us for Jupiter’s move into Leo in June, when things begin to pick up speed and feel more outwardly expressive.

March 18th brings the Pisces New Moon, offering a calmer, more reflective pause in the midst of everything else unfolding. New Moons invite fresh beginnings, but in Pisces, those beginnings are quieter. This is a time for setting intentions around healing, forgiveness, creativity, and spiritual renewal, rather than concrete plans or immediate action.

Just a couple of days later, on March 20th, the energy shifts once again as the Sun enters Aries, marking the Spring Equinox. This is one of the most significant turning points of the year, symbolizing balance, renewal, and the true beginning of the astrological new year. It’s a moment of welcoming a new cycle, gently shedding the heaviness of winter, and opening ourselves to the returning warmth and vitality of the Sun.

After weeks of reflection, release, and inner processing, we’re invited to open our hearts and reconnect with a sense of possibility. Sometimes that renewal begins in simple ways, by greeting each morning with a little more presence, curiosity, and openness to what the day may bring.

Adding to this shift, Mercury stations direct in Pisces on the same day. As Mercury begins moving forward, mental fog starts to lift and conversations slowly gain clarity. Insights that have been forming beneath the surface begin to make more sense, even if everything isn’t fully articulated yet. It may feel easier to express what you’ve been sensing intuitively over the past few weeks.

A very grounding and supportive moment arrives on March 28th, when Saturn in Aries forms a harmonious sextile with Pluto in Aquarius. This is a quietly powerful alignment, one that favors steady growth, personal responsibility, and long-term change.

There’s an opportunity here to feel more hopeful about your direction and more confident in the choices you’re making. What begins now simply needs to be deliberate. Even small, intentional steps taken at this time can have lasting impact in positive ways.

We end the month on March 30th, when Venus enters Taurus, the sign she rules. This is a very comfortable and supportive placement for Venus, allowing us to feel more content in our relationships, our bodies, and our sense of pleasure. There’s an invitation to slow down, savor beauty, and reconnect with what feels truly fulfilling, whether that’s through romance, creativity, or the simple joys of everyday life.

As March comes to a close, we’re left with a sense that something important has shifted, even if it’s still finding its shape. This has been a month of release, recalibration, and quiet turning points, from eclipse season and retrograde reflection, to moments of renewed clarity, emotional grounding, and gentle forward momentum. We carry this awareness with us, trusting that what’s taking shape now is aligning us with where we’re meant to go next.

A New Chapter Begins: January 2026 Astrology

Here we are again, welcoming a brand new year and another chance to consider how we can shine our light in ways that create a kinder, more compassionate, and more humanitarian world.

As each year begins, I find it helpful to lay out the astrological themes that will guide the months ahead. It’s not about making predictions, it’s about paying attention to the symbolic weather patterns, the shifts in tone, the beginnings and endings, the periods of building and releasing. Astrology shows us how these movements invite us to pay attention, to grow, and to figure out how to consciously participate in the energy the Universe is offering. Think of this as a map of the energetic landscape ahead: its peaks, valleys, thresholds, and the places where the path opens into something entirely new.

What makes 2026 so extraordinary is that all three of the major outer planets influencing our era, Pluto, Uranus, and Neptune, are in transition and changing sign. Of course, Pluto has had a head start transitioning into Aquarius in November of 2024, but now Uranus and Neptune follow suit shifting as well. And on top of that, Saturn, which shapes our structures and responsibilities, is also changing signs.

This many slower-moving planets shifting within such a short window is highly unusual. It’s the kind of astrological signature that marks a true turning point. A moment when the collective story rearranges itself.

I will dive into the details of all of this as the months progress, but for now, I would like to focus on January to get the story started.

January opens with strong earth-element themes, thanks to Capricorn’s influence. But the emotional landscape is immediately stirred by the first Full Moon of the year, arriving in watery, intuitive Cancer on January 3rd.

Cancer is where the Moon feels most at home, free to express her deepest and most authentic nature. This Full Moon highlights themes of sensitivity, nurturing, and emotional presence. It’s a moment to slow down and tend to your inner world and to listen to the subtle needs, longings, and truths rising to the surface. Illumination comes easily under this light, offering guidance that can support emotional healing and greater self-understanding. We are being encouraged to rest and relax after a very busy fall and holiday season.

This aligns beautifully with Capricorn’s grounding influence, as Mercury enters Capricorn on January 1st and carries its steady tone well into mid-January before the energy begins to shift.

While Mercury moves through Capricorn, your thinking naturally becomes more focused and intentional. There’s a seriousness to the way ideas form, mostly in ways that help you see what matters most, what needs structure, and what deserves long-term commitment.

Capricorn continues to hold the reins through the next ten days, bringing a strong sense of purpose and concentration to the beginning of 2026. On January 6th, the Sun joins Venus in Capricorn, highlighting themes of loyalty, commitment, and the values that truly matter to you. This pairing often brings clarity around your priorities, such as, what you want to invest in, what you’re willing to work for, and the relationships or goals that deserve your steady attention.

The very next day, on January 7th, Venus meets Mars in Capricorn. This brings a spark of motivation to anything you care about. Venus shows what we value and Mars energizes how we go after it, so together in this grounded earth sign, they encourage practical effort, responsible choices, and thoughtful action. It’s an excellent moment for building something with intention, whether that’s a new habit, a creative project, or a more balanced rhythm in your daily life.

Then, on January 9th, the Sun moves into a conjunction with Mars, strengthening this forward-moving momentum. This transit brings a renewed sense of direction, discipline, and drive. This energy is a slow, steady burn that supports long-term effort. You may find yourself feeling more focused, determined, or ready to take the first concrete steps toward something that felt out of reach before.

All of these Capricorn alignments work together to help you set the tone for the year with clarity and purpose. Early January asks you to get honest about what you’re building and to choose actions that support your inner stability. It’s a powerful reminder that meaningful beginnings often start with simple, grounded steps forward.

By January 10th, we are ready for a change. We reach the Last Quarter Moon in Libra, a phase that often brings a moment of reevaluation. Libra encourages balance, harmony, and honest reflection, so this lunar phase can highlight where something in your life is asking for recalibration. You may notice where you’ve overextended yourself, where you need clearer boundaries, or where a relationship or commitment needs gentle adjustment. Last Quarter Moons are times of release and refinement. A chance to let go of what isn’t supporting you as you prepare for the new lunar cycle ahead.

A week later, on January 17th, Venus steps into Aquarius, shifting the tone noticeably. Where Capricorn values steady devotion and practical effort, Aquarius opens the door to more spacious, creative, and future-focused perspectives. Venus in Aquarius encourages a more open-minded approach to relationships, finances, and your personal values. Freedom, authenticity, and new ways of connecting become more important. This brings a refreshing shift to your love life, opening the door to more unconventional or emotionally spacious ways of relating.

On January 18th, we welcome the Capricorn New Moon, a grounding reset point that aligns beautifully with the tone of the month. Every New Moon brings a subtle new beginning, an invitation to plant seeds for what you want to build. In Capricorn, these intentions tend to revolve around discipline, long-term vision, and the slow, steady work that leads to meaningful accomplishment. This is a wonderful moment to outline your goals for the year, clarify what you want to commit to, and choose practices that strengthen your inner foundation.

The very next day, January 19th, the Sun enters Aquarius, ushering in a noticeable energetic shift. Where Capricorn season is about structure and responsibility, Aquarius season brings a breath of fresh air ushering in innovation, curiosity, and the impulse to break out of old patterns. It encourages you to think differently, to explore possibilities, and to align yourself with the future you’re ready to grow into. The energy becomes lighter, more experimental, and more socially attuned, helping you to envision what could be.

And on January 20th, Mercury also enters Aquarius, adding clarity and forward-thinking insight to this new momentum. Mercury in Aquarius sharpens your intuition, sparks inventive ideas, and helps you view situations from a broader perspective. Communication becomes more open, creative, and future-focused, making this an ideal moment to share ideas, brainstorm possibilities, or reconnect with the vision you’re shaping for the year ahead.

Then, with Mars following closely behind and entering Aquarius on January 23rd, the momentum toward innovation and forward movement grows even stronger. Mars brings drive, courage, and action, and in Aquarius it encourages you to experiment, think outside the box, and take steps that support a more authentic expression of who you are becoming.

And layered into all of this is one of the more powerful alignments of the month, a conjunction between the Sun and Pluto in Aquarius. This marks the first full Sun/Pluto conjunction in Aquarius of our lifetime, symbolizing a collective and personal turning point. Sun/Pluto alignments illuminate truth, reveal what’s ready to be transformed, and strengthens your resolve to step into a more empowered version of yourself. In Aquarius, this transformation points toward your future: your voice, your freedom, your role within the larger community, and the systems or stories you’re ready to outgrow.

We come to the end of this month as Neptune, the first of the outer planets to change signs in the new year, enters Aries, initiating brand-new journeys for itself and for us. This alone signals that we’re stepping into a major new era in human history, one that asks us to begin again and take ownership of our path.

This is where the deeper themes of 2026 truly begin to unfold. Neptune crosses into Aries on January 26th, where it will remain until May of 2038. Before this shift, Neptune had been in Pisces, its home sign, since 2011. That’s a long stretch of watery, emotional, and idealistic energy.

As Neptune leaves Pisces, we close a 14-year chapter of spiritual dissolution. A time when the veil felt thin, intuition was heightened, and yet clarity wasn’t always easy to grasp. When Neptune enters Aries, the tone changes dramatically.

Aries is ambitious, courageous, and action-oriented. It does not wait; it leads. So as Neptune, the planet of dreams, intuition, ideals, and the collective spiritual current, moves into fiery, risk-taking Aries, we feel a collective pull toward embodiment.

Neptune in Aries encourages us to fight for our ideals, not just feel them. It calls for bravery on a soul level and the courage to stand for truth, act on intuition, and take personal responsibility for the kind of world we want to help create.

This transit ushers in a new era of spiritual independence, self-trust, and inspired action. Neptune in Aries invites us to step out of the fog and move forward with purpose, clarity, and heart.

As we step into 2026, remember that these shifts aren’t just occurring in the sky, they’re unfolding through us. With so many planets changing signs, the year ahead asks us to move forward with courage, clarity, and consciousness. January opens the door to a new chapter, encouraging each of us to listen, act with intention, and trust our instincts. May this month be the beginning of a year that feels aligned, inspired, and true to the path your soul is ready to walk.

October’s Soulful Shifts: Into the Deep

September’s eclipses stirred deep currents of change, asking us to release what no longer serves and step into new ways of being. As October unfolds, we are invited to carry these lessons forward with clarity and courage. This is a month of powerful alignments and insights offering guidance and inspiration for the path before you. *Read the Full Article Here

September was such a powerful month of transition and transformation that I cannot begin to step into October without first honoring the significance of what has just unfolded. I was blessed to attend an extraordinary spiritual retreat and workshop led by the amazing Colette Baron-Reid in Santa Fe, NM, a place that is an energy vortex in its own right.

To sit in that sacred land during eclipse season, right in between the Lunar Eclipse on September 7th and the Solar Eclipse on September 21st, felt like perfect divine timing. The retreat became a container for deep reflection, release, and renewal. Surrounded by like-minded souls, I felt layers of old energy begin to shed, making space for fresh insight and a renewed sense of direction. It was not only a learning experience but also a heart-opening reminder of the power of community, Spirit, and showing up fully for our own growth.

As I carry these experiences forward, I feel more grounded, more connected, and more attuned to what is unfolding, both in the skies and within myself.

Now, as October begins, the universe meets us with equally potent energy. On October 6th, Mercury shifts into the deep waters of Scorpio, inviting us to move beyond surface-level conversations and into truths that are raw, real, and transformative. That same day, the Aries Full Moon lights up the sky, highlighting themes of independence, courage, and the need to act from the heart. Together, these energies invite us to balance deep reflection with bold new beginnings, asking us to speak our truth and step forward with clarity.

Adding another layer to this Full Moon, the Moon also joins Ceres in a conjunction aspect, blending their energies together. Ceres is known in mythology as Demeter, the earth goddess. The Moon and Ceres complement one another beautifully, as Ceres is often considered a co-ruler of Cancer alongside the Moon. Together, they embody the nurturing qualities of life: fertility, motherhood, and the continuous cycle of growth and renewal.

Under this influence, you may find emotional fulfillment through caring for others by offering support, encouragement, or guidance in their personal or professional lives. Your focus will mainly be on the positive impact you can make by nurturing others in ways that honor their independence while gently challenging them to grow.

The very next day, Mercury in Scorpio squares Pluto, Scorpio’s ruling planet. This is an intense alignment, so be especially mindful of your words and tone in the days between October 7th and October 10th. Rather than rushing to respond in a direct and sharp way, it may be more beneficial to turn some of that powerful Plutonian energy inward. Practicing compassionate, active listening can help you navigate this period with greater ease. The key lies in giving others the space to feel heard, valued, and respected.

On October 13th, the skies bring us a full and layered day of energy. We will experience several planetary energies cascading one over another, in ways that can feel both meaningful and transformative. Let’s walk through them one by one.

We begin with Venus, who enters her home sign of Libra and will remain there until November 6th, when she transitions into Scorpio. Venus feels most at ease in Libra, reminding us of the importance of love, balance, and harmony in our connections. During this time, we may feel drawn to cultivate peace in our relationships, to surround ourselves with beauty, and to lean into the gentle art of compromise. Communication takes on a softer, more cooperative tone, allowing us to create positive interactions and a sense of mutual understanding.

Yet, almost immediately, Venus faces off in an opposition with Neptune in Aries, and this can create a haze of uncertainty. Neptune blurs the lines, making it easy to see what we long for rather than what’s truly there. If you notice feelings of idealism or disappointment in relationships or creative endeavors, pause and ask yourself: Am I perceiving reality, or am I caught up in a dream? Venus encourages us to return to honesty and authenticity, even if it feels vulnerable. Find balance through grounding your visions and utilizing discernment.

Meanwhile, Pluto shifts from retrograde into direct motion, bringing depth and intensity to the day. Since late spring, Pluto’s retrograde may have drawn you inward, asking you to face hidden truths and long-held shadows. For many, this period has been about clearing away outdated patterns, beliefs, or habits to make room for a more empowered way of living.

Now, as Pluto turns forward, there is a sense of release and renewal. What once felt stuck or uncertain may begin to move again, offering you a clearer path ahead. This is a powerful moment to recognize your own resilience and to honor the personal transformation you’ve undergone. Step into your strength with confidence, knowing the inner work you’ve done is opening the door to lasting change.

The Moon also plays an important role as she moves through her home sign of Cancer, amplifying themes of nurturing, safety, and emotional depth. In her Last Quarter phase, she invites us to reflect on what has unfolded during this lunar cycle and to gently release what no longer serves. With the New Moon just around the corner, this is a natural moment of preparation and a chance to clear emotional space so that new intentions can take root.

The Moon also forms a conjunction with Jupiter magnifing emotions, but also brings an expansive, healing quality. This alignment is a reminder that growth often comes from compassion, forgiveness, and the willingness to care for ourselves and others with an open heart. It is a time to embrace life with inner peace and optimism.

Together, all of these energies create themes of contrast: a pull between clarity and illusion, endings and beginnings, release and expansion. It’s a time to ground yourself in honesty, nurture what truly matters, and trust that the changes moving beneath the surface are guiding you toward greater growth and renewal.

October 21st brings the Libra New Moon. The New Moon phase is a time symbolic of new beginnings and planting the seeds of manifestation. This is a magical time of setting new intentions. The Libra New Moon encourages you to pause, listen, and trust the quiet whispers within. It invites a gentle turning inward, where clarity can emerge through stillness, meditation, or reflection. Dreams, synchronicities, and intuitive nudges may feel stronger now, offering guidance on the next steps in your journey. Allow yourself to release distractions and create sacred space, so that the intentions you plant at this New Moon are aligned with your deeper sense of balance, peace, and spiritual renewal.

The very next day, the Sun enters Scorpio, ushering us into Scorpio Season. With this shift comes a deeper, more introspective energy. Scorpio’s influence carries transformative power, encouraging us to look beneath the surface, confront our fears, and open the door to spiritual renewal.

You can use this energy in several ways. Ask yourself what you most desire. Connect with others in a more intimate and meaningful way. You may want to merge with your partner in a deeper way, increasing your level of sensual intimacy and commitment. Or you may want to share your inner secrets with your closest friend and allow yourself to open up and be vulnerable without fear of being hurt. It is a great time to dive into deep conversations and have those discussion we most fear.

The month ends with Mercury entering Sagittarius on October 29th. The mood shifts to one of optimism and exploration. Our minds crave big-picture thinking, new ideas, and broader horizons. Conversations may feel more adventurous and inspired, sparking curiosity about different perspectives, cultures, or philosophies. This is a wonderful time to expand your learning, share your truth with openness, and lean into a spirit of hope and possibility as we prepare to close the month.

After a month of deep work and change, it will feel good to finally shake off the heaviness, breathe a little easier, and lift our eyes to the horizon. November will bring new adventures of its own, but for now, let’s carry forward a spirit of curiosity, lightness of heart, and trust that the journey ahead has a little magic waiting to be found.

How the September 2025 Solar Eclipse Affects America: An Astrological Perspective

As we trace the September 21st Solar Eclipse in Virgo across America’s chart, it becomes clear that this moment marks a turning point. Its reach touches the nation’s leadership, alliances, and the core values that guide its path forward. Discover how this eclipse may shape the nation’s future and why its influence will echo for months to come. Read the full analysis.

This Solar Eclipse has been on my mind more than any other in recent memory. Perhaps it’s because of the state of our country, or the wider world, that I felt drawn to explore how this eclipse interacts with the birth chart of the United States. What I discovered was both thought-provoking and worth sharing.

On September 21st, the Solar Eclipse in Virgo illuminated our nation’s 9th house, the area connected to big-picture vision, law, higher learning, and global affairs. This eclipse signals a collective turning point. As a country, we are being asked to examine our guiding principles, the ideals we project to the world, and the ways we choose to stand for truth, accountability, and service.

What makes this eclipse especially potent is its exact alignment with the U.S. Midheaven, the point that symbolizes national direction and public reputation. Eclipses here often mark visible shifts in leadership tone, international standing, and the nation’s sense of purpose. In many ways, this is a moment of reckoning: how does America want to be seen, and what story does it wish to tell the world?

Adding complexity, the eclipse forms a harmonious trine to Pluto in Aquarius in the 2nd house. This aspect hints at hidden opportunity within upheaval. Pluto here points to deep transformation of the nation’s finances, resources, and values, while Aquarius brings innovation and reform. Seeds may be planted for economic restructuring, shifts in technology-driven industries, or renewed debates about fairness in how wealth and resources are shared.

Still, tension is in the air. The eclipse squares natal Venus in the 7th house of alliances and treaties, highlighting friction in partnerships. Questions of loyalty, fairness, and shared values rise to the surface. Old agreements could be tested, and the U.S. may be challenged to clarify where it stands and with whom. And who wants to stand with us.

Altogether, this eclipse represents a pivotal moment. With Virgo’s practical, service-oriented influence, the call is clear: ground ideals in real action by rebuilding trust, redefining partnerships, and re-examining the values that guide the path forward. This story is only beginning, and its echoes will carry for months to come, shaping not just America’s reputation, but its deeper sense of purpose.

Soul Reset: Honoring the September Eclipses and Fall Equinox

September is a month of transitions, both in nature and within ourselves. With two eclipses, the Fall Equinox, and Uranus turning retrograde, the cosmic landscape is full of opportunities to reset and realign. This is a powerful time to notice what feels out of balance, release what no longer serves, and take intentional steps toward clarity and harmony. Read the full article here.

As summer fades and the light begins to shift, September brings us into a powerful season of transition. You can feel the energy shifting in this liminal space of perfection before fall weather sets in and the days start to grow shorter. This is a threshold month, between the warmth of summer and the stillness of fall. This is the time we find ourselves pausing, reflecting, and remembering what truly matters.

With two eclipses and the Fall Equinox on the horizon, this month holds space for both release and renewal. It’s a time to pause, realign with what matters, and gently return to yourself.

Eclipses have a way of awakening soul-level truths, often stirring what’s been hidden, overlooked, or quietly asking for attention. At the same time, the Fall Equinox, paired with the Sun’s shift into Libra, invites us to return to balance, both within ourselves and in how we move through the world. Together, they invite a kind of reset, not just in our routines, but deep within the spirit.

Before we arrive at the first eclipse, there’s an important planetary shift worth noting. On September 6th, just one day before the Lunar Eclipse, Uranus stations retrograde in Gemini. This retrograde may feel like an invitation to quiet the mental buzz and reflect on the changes you truly want to make. Uranus, the planet of awakening and sudden shifts, often jolts us toward new ways of thinking and living, but in retrograde motion, its influence turns inward. This is a time to reexamine your thought patterns, the information you absorb, and the ways you share your truth. It’s a powerful ally for this eclipse season, helping you gain clarity and align your inner vision before taking bold new steps forward.

The Pisces Lunar Eclipse takes place on September 7, 2025, at 2:53 PM EDT. This Total Lunar Eclipse, also known as the “Blood Moon,” is the third in a series of seven eclipses along the Virgo–Pisces axis. It marks a powerful turning point, inviting us to embrace our intuition and open our consciousness to new thoughts and visions. The theme with this eclipse is that of emotional release, spiritual reflection, exploring what’s ready to be surrendered especially involving deeply held patterns, and emotions or stories that no longer serve your highest good.

This Moon carries the polarity between Pisces and Virgo, which reflects the elemental energies of earth and water. The combination of these elements can help ground your spiritual energy and intuition, making it possible to use these talents in more practical ways as well as providing a deeper connection to your inner self.

Pisces, as the sign of endings and surrender, encourages you to gently let go of old stories, patterns, or emotions that no longer serve your growth. This eclipse offers an opportunity to open your heart to your intuition and allow new insights to rise to the surface.

Take time to pause. Gently ask yourself what you are ready to stop carrying. Embrace a gentle meditation practice, journal your thoughts and feelings, and be open to your intuition and what it is trying to tell you.

Bridging the space between the eclipses, we’re also gifted a moment of clarity: on September 13th, Mercury meets the Sun in a Cazimi in Virgo, offering insight, perspective, and a spark of grounded understanding just when we need it most. When Mercury is in the heart of the Sun like this, it brings a moment of mental illumination where messages become clearer and our inner voice easier to access.

Because Mercury rules Virgo, this particular Cazimi carries even more weight. The energy flows naturally, making it an ideal time to tune into what the eclipses are revealing and begin making sense of what’s shifting beneath the surface. This moment can help you rediscover your voice, integrate new insights, and begin expressing what’s been quietly taking shape within you.

Two weeks later, on September 21, 2025, at 3:54 PM EDT, the second eclipse of the season arrives; a Partial Solar Eclipse at 29° Virgo, a critical degree in astrology. This final degree of the sign often brings a sense of culmination, urgency, and a push toward closure. You may feel especially motivated to create change, leap into something new, or make important decisions now. This is a turning point, different for everyone, but its essence lies in moving to the next chapter of your soul’s progression. Virgo’s influence encourages discernment, clarity, and the willingness to refine what’s working while letting go of what’s not. The deeper invitation is to align with what truly serves your growth. This eclipse offers a powerful reset and a chance to release what’s outdated and prepare the soil for something new to take root.

Just one day after the Virgo Solar Eclipse, we arrive at another sacred threshold: September 22nd marks the Fall Equinox and the Sun’s entry into Libra. Coming on the heels of such a potent eclipse, this shift offers a moment to pause, reflect, and recalibrate. The Equinox signals a time when light and dark are in perfect balance and serves as a reminder to seek that same harmony within ourselves. It invites gratitude for what has been, and readiness for the symbolic death and rebirth that autumn represents.

This is a natural time to release what feels out of alignment and create space for clarity, connection, and intention. Autumn begins, not with a loud call to action, but with a quiet invitation to turn inward, to honor both what has been and what is still becoming.

Embrace this energy by grounding yourself through ritual, journaling, or simply noticing where in your life you crave greater equilibrium. This is a season to make space for what your soul is ready to receive.

Eclipse seasons and powerful seasonal gateways like the Equinox remind us that change is part of the soul’s rhythm. This September brings a rare blend of release, renewal, and rebalancing. It brings an open door to align more deeply with your truth. Trust what’s leaving, welcome what’s arriving, and remember that every ending quietly plants the seeds of your next beginning.

Planting Seeds of Clarity Under the Virgo New Moon

The Virgo New Moon on August 23, 2025 arrives at 0°, opening one of the most powerful resets of the year. This lunation invites release, clarity, and fresh beginnings, providing an opportunity to cleanse what no longer serves and plant intentions that align with your truest path over the next six months. In this post, I share the astrological significance of the Virgo New Moon along with a guided Oracle spread to help you work with its energy.Read on for the full meaning of each card and how this New Moon can support your next chapter.

The Virgo New Moon that occurred today, August 23, 2025, at 2:06 AM EDT, is one of the most important resets of the year. At 0° Virgo, it opens a fresh doorway and a chance to release what no longer serves, realign with your inner compass, and plant seeds of devotion that will unfold over the next six months.

This New Moon reminds us that transformation doesn’t have to be dramatic. It can begin with small acts of care, daily rituals, and the simple choice to honor what feels aligned. To guide this energy, I turned to the Enchanted Map Oracle deck and pulled a spread for clarity, healing, and intention. I hope this resonates with many of you as well.

1. What needs to be cleansed so clarity can emerge?  Rock Bottom
This is indicating that an old path has reached its end. Whatever habit or belief you’ve been clinging to is longer an option. This is something no longer works. Let it dissolve. The cleansing that needs to occur is about surrender and acceptance. Release the need to force solutions and allow yourself to step back so clarity can break through where struggle has kept you stuck.

2. What message is this New Moon delivering?  Sacred Pool
You are being reminded that your outer world is mirroring your inner state. If you nurture compassion, forgiveness, and self-acceptance, these are the things that will ripple out into everything you create. The message is that this is a cycle to honor your inner reflection, to recognize your worthiness, and reset from a place of wholeness, rather than lack. Focus on self-love and self-esteem.

3. What invisible support is guiding me?  Magical Map Shifter
Here the unseen is very much at work. This card appears when people, synchronicities, and circumstances arrive to re-direct you toward your soul’s true path. Spirit is re-arranging your “Map.” Your invisible support comes through unexpected encounters, shifts in perspective, or helper who appear when you them. Trust the redirections. They are Divine.

4. What seed or intention am I planting now?  Compass
This card is about aligning with your True North. The seeds you are planting aren’t just external goals. It is deeper intention to stay true to your inner compass. You are committing to discernment and making choices that align with your highest values. The intention is to orient your life toward what is deeply aligned, no matter how small the steps.

5. What will emerge in six months?  Wide Open
Six months from now the energy shifts into expansive freedom. “Wide Open” promises new opportunities, fresh connections, and an ability to step into life without the old restrictions that held you back. You’ll be more free to embody your true self, to open to possibility, and to welcome experiences you once thought unreachable.

The Virgo New Moon is a reminder that every ending contains the seed of a beginning. By surrendering what no longer works, you clear the space to realign with your soul’s compass. The cards show that unseen support is guiding you, and that the choices you plant with intention now will grow into freedom and new possibility by the Virgo Full Moon six months from now.

May this cycle invite you into gentle devotion, daily rituals of care, and the courage to walk your true path. I would love to hear how this New Moon is unfolding for you. Please feel free to share your reflections with me.

AFFIRMATION FOR THIS CYCLE:
I align with my True North. With clarity and devotion, I plant seeds that will grow into freedom and possibility.

In the Space Between: What the 7/7 Gateway Is Awakening

As we move through the sacred 7/7 portal, we’re offered a powerful opportunity to pause, reflect, and realign with what matters most. This is more than just a moment in time, it’s an energetic threshold, inviting us to release what’s fading and gently step into what’s becoming.

The 7/7 portal has long been seen as a gateway into deeper spiritual alignment. A moment when the veils thin, synchronicities heighten, and we’re invited to remember who we are beyond the noise.

In addition to this powerful portal, Uranus also moves into the sign of Gemini for the next 7 years building on the meaning of this important time. Expect big shifts in how we connect, think, and share information.

In anticipation of the July 7th portal tomorrow, I pulled four cards from the Wisdom of the Oracle deck, asking for insight into the collective energy we’re walking through. The message that came forward was clear and layered with meaning.

1.        Serendipity reminds us that divine timing is very much at play. You may not see the full picture yet, but something is aligning behind the scenes. Spirit is asking you to trust the magic, especially the kind that doesn’t make logical sense. Trust the signs, the nudges, and those quiet “yes” moments. Spirit is showing you that magic is real.

2.        A Change in the Wind points to an inner or outer shift. If you’re feeling a bit ungrounded, you’re not alone. This is a season of realignment, and it’s okay not to have it all figured out. Release the need for certainty. Let change be your teacher. What’s changing isn’t punishment, it’s preparation.

3.        Here and Now invites us to anchor ourselves in the present moment. The portal asks us not to race ahead or dwell in what’s behind, but to soften into the now. The present moment is where real transformation takes root.

4.        Between Worlds is perhaps the most poignant of all. We’re standing on the threshold; no longer who we were, not quite who we’re becoming. And this in-between space? It’s sacred. It’s where the metamorphosis happens.

This 7/7 portal isn't about rushing to the next version of yourself. It’s about honoring the space between. Walk with grace, listen closely, and let your soul catch up to your next becoming.

Take a deep breath. Trust the unfolding. You are right where you need to be.

From Heartfelt to Radiant: Your Summer Shift

As summer unfolds, we’re invited to move through a beautiful dance between inner reflection and radiant self-expression. Cancer season guides us home to our hearts, reminding us to nurture what truly matters, while Leo season encourages us to step forward and share our light with the world. Together, they offer us a chance to both listen deeply and shine boldly.

From Heart to Fire: Navigating Cancer and Leo Season with Purpose

As summer unfolds, we move through two powerful archetypes, Cancer and Leo. They each offer their own kind of wisdom. One invites us inward to tend to our inner world; the other calls us outward to share what’s been growing in our hearts.

Cancer, ruled by the Moon, is the caretaker of our inner world. Cancer represents emotions, memories, our home and ancestry. Cancer is the energy that motivates us to nurture, to provide a safe and comfortable place to land, and to allow people to feel heard and cared for. It calls us inward and asks us to feel more deeply, to soften our defenses, and to return to what nourishes the heart. This is the archetype of the Nurturer, the sacred protector of home, family, and emotional truth.

During this time of year, sensitivity heightens. Old memories resurface. We may find ourselves craving comfort, connection, or a deeper sense of belonging. Cancer energy reminds us that strength is found in vulnerability and that our inner world is just as important as our outer one.

During the first half of the summer, we are all being called to embody the elements of the Nurturer by creating safe emotional space for ourselves and others. Prioritize self-care that truly replenishes you, and be gentle with yourself. This is also a beautiful time to reflect on where you’re pouring your energy. Are you giving from a full cup or out of obligation? The Nurturer archetype teaches that care without boundaries leads to burnout, while conscious nurturing is a powerful act of love.

As Cancer season winds down, we begin to gently emerge from our shell. The emotional and intuitive energies we've been nurturing now seek expression, calling us to create, to share, and to shine our light more fully.

The Sun enters Leo on July 22nd, when we will now be drawn outward into a more dynamic and playful energy, ready to experiment with our creative self-expression. Leo is ruled by the Sun, the center of our solar system and a symbol of radiance, visibility, and life force.

The archetype of Leo is the Performer, someone who naturally seeks applause and recognition, but ultimately finds the deepest joy in authentic self-expression, sharing their inner light from a place of truth and passion. Leo invites us to celebrate ourselves. To play, create, express, and take up space without apology. This time brings us the opportunity to share our gifts and speak from the heart. It is a season of courage and joy, but also vulnerability. True performance and true leadership requires authenticity. Leo doesn’t just seek applause; it seeks connection through honest self-expression. To take advantage of the gifts that Leo brings, begin by reconnecting with what lights you up. Allow yourself to be seen and appreciated, but make sure you are leading from your heart center and not the ego.

Together, Cancer and Leo offer us a blend of emotion and vitality. First, we return to ourselves and the quiet of our own hearts. Then, we emerge into the light, ready to share what we’ve cultivated. One archetype teaches us to feel, the other to express. I invite you to notice where you're being asked to nurture and where you're being called to shine. The stars don’t dictate our paths, but they do illuminate the roles we’re ready to play.

As we navigate from the emotional waters of Cancer into the solar fire of Leo, a few stand-out transits bear mentioning as we continue along our path this summer:

We begin July with the first of three retrogrades, as Neptune stations retrograde in Aries on July 4th, where it will remain until December 10, 2025. Neptune is the planet of dreams, intuition, and higher consciousness. Since its shift into Aries this past March, we've been invited to bring our visions down to earth and take inspired action. Aries wants movement, not illusion. It’s time to take off the rose-colored glasses and see things as they are.

When Neptune goes retrograde, it actually helps this process unfold. The fog actually begins to lift. What felt blurry or confusing may now come into focus. This transit helps us see ourselves and our relationships, choices, and patterns with greater honesty and clarity. It’s a time to gently acknowledge the truths we've been avoiding and make space for more authentic alignment.

Use this period to reconnect with what really matters to you. Reflect on your daily routines, your work, your health, and how these areas support or drain your energy. Where can you infuse more meaning or creativity into what you do? Let this retrograde be a turning point toward living with more awareness, purpose, and grounded vision.

Uranus enters Gemini on July 7th, kicking off a brand new seven-year chapter that will shake things up on both a personal and collective level. Uranus is the planet of sudden change, breakthroughs, and rebellion. It stirs the pot and moves us out of our comfort zones. In Gemini, the spotlight turns to communication, learning, ideas, and technology.

Expect big shifts in how we connect, think, and share information. This energy can feel exciting and full of possibilities, but also a bit erratic or overwhelming at times. Overall, this will be a highly creative time. Innovation is likely to surge, especially in areas like AI, media, education, and transportation. The world will start thinking faster, talking louder, and moving in unpredictable new directions. To find your own rhythm in the midst of this and how this may affect you personally, notice where curiosity is calling you. Look to where Uranus is moving through your birth chart for clues about your own transformations.

On July 10th, the Full Moon in Capricorn offers a grounding counterbalance to all that airy Gemini energy. Capricorn reminds us of the long game and of building something meaningful, brick by brick. This Full Moon shines a light on your relationship with responsibility, self-worth, and the structures that support your life. Are you showing up for what truly matters? Are your goals rooted in purpose or just productivity?

This is a powerful moment to reflect on what you're building and why. It may stir up thoughts around money, stability, or what gives you a sense of inner strength. Use it to recommit to what feels real and worth your time.

Saturn stations retrograde on July 13th, where it will remain until September 1st. This stretch of time is less about pushing forward and more about taking an honest look at how you move through life. With Saturn in Aries and retrograde, we are encouraged to reflect on how we handle responsibility, boundaries, and self-leadership. It is calling us to rebuild from the inside out, re-evaluating how we approach life with greater discipline and integrity.

Are you asserting yourself in ways that are healthy and respectful? Or are you avoiding the hard stuff or putting things off, saying yes when you mean no, or ignoring your inner voice? This retrograde encourages you to rethink your actions and better balance impulsiveness with long-term goals. It is a chance to rebuild your inner structure, slowly and intentionally, so it can better support the life you’re trying to create.

Mercury goes retrograde in Leo from July 18th to August 11th, asking us to revisit how we express ourselves. Leo energy is bold, creative, and wants to be seen, but this retrograde invites a pause before we speak or act. Are we expressing our truth, or just looking for attention? Are we communicating with clarity, or trying to impress?

This is a time to reconnect with what really matters to you. Let your voice reflect your values, not just your moods. Slow down, listen deeply, and make space for more honest, heart-centered expression.

The New Moon in Leo arrives on July 24th, bringing a chance to reset and plant seeds for the future. This is a time to reconnect with your personal truth and set intentions that stretch you beyond the same old, same old. Whether that looks like travel, learning something new, or stepping into a more meaningful direction, this is about aligning with a vision that inspires you.

What are you ready to believe in more fully? What version of your life feels more alive, more truthful, more you? Set your intentions with courage, and let your inner fire lead the way.

Finally, on July 31st, Mercury meets the Sun in what’s called a “Cazimi” moment. This is when Mercury, even in retrograde, sits in the heart of the Sun: cleansed, brightened, and temporarily crystal clear. It's a moment of insight and illumination in the middle of the usual retrograde confusion. The messages we receive are deeply entwined with our personal lives. You might have an aha moment, a meaningful conversation, or sudden clarity about something you’ve been turning over in your mind.

I encourage you to mark this particular transit on your calendar to take advantage of this moment of enlightenment during the retrograde. The usual disruptions of Mercury retrograde can be softened, even redirected, by the illumination of this conjunction. Take time to journal, have a meaningful conversation, revisit an idea you’ve been sitting with, or simply listen for the inner voice that’s ready to speak more clearly. This is a rare chance to clear the mental clutter, to pay attention and let what feels true help you move forward.

As we move through July, we are reminded that growth often begins in quiet reflection and finds its voice in authentic expression. This month offers both a return to what nourishes you and an invitation to step forward with clarity, courage, and creativity. Just stay present, stay honest, and let each step be guided by what feels both true and meaningful.

Summer Solstice Spotlight: The Sun's Illumination for Each Sign

As the Sun steps into Cancer on June 20th, we welcome the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year and a powerful turning point. With the nurturing Cancer Sun traveling alongside expansive Jupiter, the weeks ahead are rich with possibility, emotional clarity, and spiritual insight. Let’s explore how this moment of illumination can help you tune into your inner wisdom and shape the next phase of your journey starting with your rising sign.

The Summer Solstice arrives on June 20th in the Northern Hemisphere, marking the official start of summer as the Sun moves into Cancer. This is the longest day of the year. The point when the Sun reaches its highest peak in the sky, symbolizing illumination, clarity, and a turning point in the seasonal cycle. It’s a sacred moment in many cultures, representing light overcoming darkness and the full ripening of life’s potential.

Spiritually, this shift draws our attention inward, spotlighting our emotional world, intuition, and the power of our unconscious desires and energies and how that motivates us to move ahead. It’s a time of reflection and reconnection. This is a season that invites us to consider where we’re headed and what truly fuels our sense of purpose. As the days stretch longer, we’re encouraged to slow down, listen to our inner voice, and use our emotional insight and imagination to begin shaping what comes next. It brings up thoughts of what our purpose and direction will be in the coming months. This season can bring a maturity in understanding our innermost soul and realizing what it means to move on to the next phase of our development. It is also the time to just relax and use our emotional sensitivities and intuition to take advantage of a more powerful imagination to bring our dreams to light.

At the same time, the Cancer Sun is traveling in a conjunction with Jupiter for the first couple of weeks of the Solstice, suggesting expansion and good fortune in all areas of life. In fact, on June 24th, Jupiter will be Cazimi in Cancer, meaning that Jupiter will be in the heart of the Sun for a very short window of time. A Jupiter Cazimi is a powerful moment of clarity and expansion. It opens the door to greater optimism, bigger dreams, and a broader view of what’s possible. This alignment invites us to tune into a deeper wisdom, one that can shift our perspective, spark spiritual insight, and illuminate our path forward. It’s a beautiful time to trust in your vision, embrace what’s unfolding, and feel into the confidence needed to dream a new dream or gain clarity about the one you’re already walking.

Looking at how the Solstice energy shows up in your chart, through your rising sign and the house the Cancer Sun (and Jupiter) lights up, can offer powerful insights. I focus on the rising sign as opposed to the Sun sign because it speaks to how we show up in the world, the vibe we give off, and how we connect with others. As you move through this time, notice what areas of life feel more emotionally charged or intuitively guided. These are likely the spaces where meaningful growth and awareness are ready to unfold.

It is also extremely enlightening to journal during this time period. Journaling your thoughts and feelings allow you to see things with more clarity, improves creativity and self-awareness, and helps in understanding and processing your emotions. It provides you with quiet time to reflect and release.

If you have trouble getting started with a journaling practice, I’ve provided some prompts to get you started that are relevant to the Summer Solstice.

1.        In what ways have I grown in confidence or creatively since the Winter Solstice on December 21, 2024?

2.        What does emotional safety look and feel like to me?

3.        How is the area of life associated with transit Cancer and the Solstice asking for my attention?

4.        What visions do I hold for my life moving forward?

5.        What beliefs no longer align with the person I am becoming?

6.        What intuitive nudges have been guiding me lately?

7.        Where am I craving more warmth, connection, or emotional safety?

As you read the following, please take note of where you are called to use this energy and how the Solstice and Cancer’s influence will affect you on a personal level. You can use this as a guide for setting intentions, aligning with seasonal shifts, and tuning into the emotional and intuitive currents that will shape your growth in the months ahead.

Libra – September 23 – October 22

As Solstice season begins, your need for emotional peace is front and center. You're focused on career goals and how you're showing up in the world, but don’t forget to tend to your foundations at home. Say yes to experiences that expand your mind and deepen your sense of purpose.

 Sagittarius – November 22 – December 21

Adventurous and optimistic, your exploration during this time will be more about exploring your emotional side. Not just everyday emotions, but those deep, psychologically driven emotions and deep emotional connections. This season invites you to explore deeper emotional bonds, uncover hidden patterns, and confront the dynamics of shared energy. Lean into emotional intensity; it holds the key to powerful transformation and healing.

Capricorn – December 22 – January 19

The focus for Capricorns will be on all types of one-on-one partnerships and relationships. This is a powerful time to set new intentions in this area of life. Whether this comes up for you in the romantic, personal, or business sense, it will be an important time to work on mutually supportive relationships and focusing on collaboration and finding balance within your closest associations. This is also a good time for a fresh start where there may have been previous misunderstandings.

Aquarius – January 20 – February 18

As summer begins, you're being called to focus on your health, wellness, and the daily structures that shape your life. This is a powerful time to reassess your routines, stress levels, and emotional well-being. You’ll crave emotional stability in your everyday life and may also feel drawn to support others in their well-being too. It's not just about showing up for yourself, but also being a source of care and service to those around you.
