The final two eclipses of the year take place this month, and they carry the feeling of a major crossroads. Since the beginning of the year, we've experienced several rare and significant planetary shifts. Saturn and Neptune began a new cycle in Aries, Uranus entered Gemini, and Pluto settled into Aquarius. Each of these has been quietly reshaping the landscape beneath our feet. Eclipse Season now acts as a catalyst, bringing many of those deeper changes into clearer focus. It asks us to recognize what is no longer aligned, embrace what is emerging, and take the next meaningful step forward.

The final eclipse of the year occurs on August 28th with the Pisces Lunar Eclipse. This is the sixth eclipse in a series of seven occurring along the Virgo-Pisces axis, so these themes have been unfolding in our lives for quite some time. As this cycle begins to draw to a close, we are invited to release what no longer aligns with who we are becoming, creating space for the next chapter to emerge.
This eclipse highlights the 10th/4th house axis, with the Moon in Pisces in the 10th house opposing the Sun in Virgo in the 4th. It asks us to find greater balance between our public lives and our private lives, our responsibilities and our emotional well-being, and what we contribute to the world versus the foundation from which we do it. This is a reminder that lasting success is built upon a strong inner foundation, and that caring for ourselves is just as important as fulfilling our responsibilities to others.
